Duggan
 James was born and raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin and has always had a
strong love for animals. His studies took him to the University of Florida where
he earned his undergraduate degree. He then was accepted to and earned his graduate degree from the
University of Florida College of
Veterinary Medicine in Gainesville Florida.
Dr. Duggan is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association
FVMA. Dr. Duggan has practiced here on Miami Beach at the same location that he
owns for over 20 years. James likes to
travel, read, motorcycle ride.
